Where and how are our jewels made?

Les bijoux Ruban Rouge sont tous fabriqués et assemblés à la main en France, directement au sein de notre atelier marseillais. La totalité de nos fournisseurs sont français et/ou européens ce qui nous permet de proposer des produits de qualité mais aussi de soutenir l’artisanat local.

What are the manufacturing and shipping lead times?

Even today, a large part of our creations are still made to order, which means that when you place your order on our E-shop, your jewelry does not yet exist.

Thus, we manufacture and ship your jewelry within a maximum of 1 to 2 working days following the day of your order.

How soon will I receive my jewelry?

Delivery times for metropolitan France vary from 2 to 5 working days*.

* The times indicated above are given as an indication, they correspond to an average communicated by our customers and can vary according to the periods of the year or the local weatherconditions .

How do I track my shipment?

In France as well as internationally, all our jewels are shipped with a unique tracking number, either by tracked mail or by Colissimo.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number and the link to access it within 72 hours after the day of your order.

A delay of 2 to 24 hours can sometimes be necessary before the activation of the tracking of your package by the postal services. If 48 hours after receiving our tracking email, the tracking of your package still seems to be inactive, please contact our workshop at the following email address: atelier@ruban-rouge.com.

Pourquoi Ruban Rouge Bijoux ne propose pas de soldes ou de promotions ?

En effet,  nous sélectionnons des artisans et fournisseurs locaux en circuit le plus court possible. De ce fait, nous n’avons que très peu de stock et travaillons essentiellement en flux tendu.

Nous faisons en sorte de vous proposer des créations de qualité à un prix juste, toute l’année.

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

If you change your mind, you have, in accordance with the law (article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code), a 14-day retraction period after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund.

To do so, simply contact our workshop at the following address: atelier@ruban-rouge.com or via our mail form by giving us all the information relating to your claim.

The return costs are free of charge in metropolitan France.

Les bijoux possèdent-ils une garantie ?

En cas de défaut de conformité, de vice de fabrication ou de matériau, Ruban Rouge Bijoux offre, pour toute pièce achetée sur notre site officiel (www.ruban-rouge.com) ou en boutique officielle, une garantie nationale de 6 mois couvrant les vices de fabrication et de matériau dans des conditions normales d’utilisation, à compter de la date d’achat.

Pour toute demande de prise en garantie, un justificatif d’achat vous sera demandé.

How to benefit from the free return fee?

If you wish to return one or more pieces of jewelry, you can benefit from the refund of the return shipping costs! To do so, you simply need to pay for your purchases with a Paypal account. To take advantage of this service go to : Refund Paypal Return

What payment methods are offered on www.ruban-rouge.com?

The payment of your purchases can be made by :
 ­
  • Credit card: pay securely with our payment partner Payplug.
  • Paypal: pay for your purchases directly with your Paypal account.
  • Cheque: your order will be processed upon receipt of the cheque and shipped upon confirmation of payment.
  • Bank transfer: you can pay for your purchases directly from your bank account.

Can I have an item of my jewelry changed or repaired?

If the warranty period has expired, the repair can be offered to the customer for a financial contribution:
 ­
  • Single turn cord change: 5€.
  • Triple turn cord change: 10€.
  • Triple turn leather cord change: 15€.

The return of goods will have to be accompanied by the payment of the repair and the payment of the carriage costs relating to the return of the repaired jewels.

A refund does not appear on my bank account, what can I do?

The refunded amount is automatically returned to the bank account associated with the credit card, regardless of the type of card used.

It usually takes several working days (2/4 working days) for the refund to be visible on the account. This can be up to 3 weeks in some cases.

 

My attempts to pay are failing. What can I do?

How do I get an invoice?

At the end of each order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail including a summary of your purchases and a detailed invoice attached in PDF format. You can also consult or print your invoices directly on our website: www.ruban-rouge.com. All you have to do is identify yourself and then, in My Account, click on Orders and download the invoices relating to each of your orders.
