SHIPPING TIME
Even today, over 80% of our jewelry is made to order.
In concrete terms, this means that when you complete your order on our site (www.ruban-rouge.com), your jewelry simply doesn't exist yet.
We manufacture and ship your jewelry within a maximum of 1 to 2 working days from the day you place your order.
When your order is shipped, we will send you your tracking number by email.
DELIVERY TIME
For mainland France :
Standard tracked delivery: 2 to 6 working days after dispatch
Colissimo: 2 working days* after dispatch
For Europe: 3 to 10 working days after dispatch
For the rest of the world: 1 to 3 working weeks after dispatch
Please note that delays may occur during the Christmas period.
All orders are shipped from Marseille, France.
PACKAGE TRACKING
In France and abroad, all our jewelry is shipped with a unique tracking number, either by lettre suivi or Colissimo.
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number and the link to access it within 72 hours of the date of your order.
It may sometimes take 2 to 24 hours for the postal services to activate the tracking of your parcel. If 2 days after receiving our tracking e-mail, your package still seems to be inactive, please contact our workshop at the following e-mail address: atelier@ruban-rouge.com.
*Delivery times are expressed in working days, i.e. Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays.

The customer has a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) clear days of receipt of the products ordered.
Return shipping is free of charge in metropolitan France.

A return slip will be sent to you by e-mail.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note stating the customer's contact details and his or her wish to receive a credit note or refund, to the following address:

Ruban Rouge Bijoux strongly advises its customers to return products by Colissimo or Lettre suivie. Customers may also choose the carrier of their choice. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risks. It is therefore recommended that the customer provides proof of the return, which implies that the products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.
