By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and by clicking on "Confirm your order", the customer definitively confirms his order.
All orders on the site www.ruban-rouge.com are subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale.Red Ribbon® makes it impossible to sell products without first having accepted the clauses below.

ARTICLE 1.SUBJECT: The present conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Ruban Rouge® and the customer, from order to services, payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
ARTICLE 2.PRODUCTS: Red Ribbon® is to offer for sale its own jewellery within the limits of available stocks. The products are those on sale on the day of consultation by the user. When the product is unavailable, it is displayed on the site; failing this or in case of error, Ruban Rouge® undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. If the product has already been paid for, Ruban Rouge® undertakes to reimburse the price of the item to the customer. The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred with regard to this presentation, the responsibility of Ruban Rouge® couldn't be hired. Photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
ARTICLE 3.PRICE OF PRODUCTS: The prices are indicated in Euro including all taxes. They do not take into account the V.A.T. (Article 293 B of the CGI, VAT not applicable or exempt). If the VAT rate were to be modified, these changes would in no way be reflected in the price of the articles. Red Ribbon® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these prices could not be modified once the order has been validated. The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs which will be added to the total of the order and will be specified to the customer during the final validation of his order.The products remain the property of Ruban Rouge® until full payment of the indicated price.
ARTICLE 4.ORDER :- REGISTRATION OF AN ORDER: The customer who places an order directly on the site www.ruban-rouge.com must follow the following procedure: The customer will choose the different products he is interested in and will click successively on the link "Add to my basket". At any time he will have the possibility either to obtain a summary of the selected products by clicking on the link "My basket" or to continue shopping. The customer will complete his order by clicking on "Payment".The order can only be registered on the site if the customer has clearly identified himself by entering his e-mail address and password, which are strictly personal. Once identified, the user will have to validate the delivery address, then he will receive an order summary by e-mail summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the products selected by the user, as well as the chosen method of payment, his contact details and the delivery address of the package. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Shipping costs are calculated according to the country and the delivery method.VALIDATION OF THE ORDER: The order is effective when the customer has read and approved the general conditions of sale by clicking on the "VALIDATE" box provided for this purpose. Payments are made by Paypal, credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Red Ribbon® will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it has been validated by e-mail.
ARTICLE 5.PAIEMENT ET SECURISATION DES TRANSACTIONS : Le montant dû par le client est le montant indiqué lors de la confirmation de commande. Afin d’assurer la sécurité des paiements, le site www.ruban-rouge.com utilise les services de paiement sécurisé de Paypal. Le paiement s’effectuera sur le site www.ruban-rouge.com via Paypal, par compte Paypal, Carte Bancaire (Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), par chèque ou virement bancaire. Lorsque une commande est payée par chèque, le client doit alors adresser son chèque à l’ordre de « RUBAN ROUGE » puis l’expédier à l’adresse postale suivante : RUBAN ROUGE 1 rue Pytheas, 13001 Marseille.Les commandes réglées par chèque seront traitées dès réception du chèque et expédiées lors de la confirmation du paiement.Lorsque une commande est payée par virement bancaire :Le client peut opter pour ce mode de paiement sur le formulaire de paiement lors de la validation de la commande, les informations bancaires pour procéder au virement sont communiquées sur le formulaire de paiement au moment de l’enregistrement de la Commande et sont rappelées dans le mail de confirmation de la commande. (IBAN, BIC…)En tout état de cause, Ruban Rouge® se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande ou toute livraison en cas de litige déjà existant avec le client, à savoir non-paiement total ou partiel d’une commande, un paiement par carte bancaire refusé, ou encore pour des raisons autres que Ruban Rouge® se réservera le droit d’expliquer à son client. La responsabilité de Ruban Rouge® ne pourra alors en aucun cas être engagée à ce titre.
All products can be refunded except for products on sale, personalized or private sale.
If you change your mind, you have, in accordance with the law (article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code), a 14-day retraction period after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund. To do so, you just have to contact our workshop by e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or via our mail form by giving us all the information relating to your claim precisely
(reason, surname, first name, order number, order date, etc).
The return costs are free of charge in metropolitan France.
We advise you to use a bubble envelope or a small cardboard package (maximum height 3cm) to return your jewellery.
Your items must be returned to us in their packaging and in their original condition (new) to the following postal address:
1 rue Pytheas
Any item not returned or returned in a non-conforming state will be invoiced.
Once the return is received, the customer is reimbursed to the bank account or Paypal account used for payment, within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of the return package at Ruban Rouge's premises.®.
Packages sent postage due are not accepted. Attention: the customer will be credited the amount of his order, minus the initial delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
What is the guarantee of the Red Ribbon jewellery?
Any part under warranty that proves to be defective will be, at the sole discretion of Ruban Rouge Bijoux, repaired within the limits of the possibilities and spare parts available, replaced or exchanged.
In case of exchange, it cannot be guaranteed that the model is identical. The consumer will only be able to claim a part of similar value. Is not covered by this warranty any product whose defectiveness results according to Ruban Rouge Bijoux from a deterioration, a modification, an attempt at repair, a negligence, a misuse or an accident. The warranty and all associated services are the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy. However, the mandatory legal rights enjoyed by the final consumer under the terms of the national legislation in force, applicable to the sale of consumer goods, are not affected by this warranty.
In no event shall Ruban Rouge Bijoux be liable for any other damages whatsoever arising from Ruban Rouge Bijoux products.
The costs of returning the goods to the after-sales service are free of charge in metropolitan France.

Repair times vary between 1 and 3 weeks, excluding shipping time.
Customers who bought a product Ruban Rouge Jewellery in a physical point of sale or at an internet retailer must contact the retailer where they made their purchase; Red Ribbon Jewellery is not responsible for it.
Only the issued purchase invoice (or receipt with legible date) is valid as proof of warranty.
If the warranty period has expired, after-sales service or repair can be offered to the customer for a fee:

The return of goods out of warranty must be accompanied by the payment of the repair by check payable to "RUBAN ROUGE"..
Any jewelry under warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
However, if the customer carries out the repair himself and the bracelet is damaged, the customer will have to pay repair costs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All elements of the Red Ribbon site® such as the products, the visuals are protected and are the exclusive property of Ruban Rouge.® (RED RIBBON AIRLOCK) Any fraudulent use will be prosecuted. The user who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link directly to the site www.ruban-rouge.com, must first request permission from Ruban Rouge.®. INFORMATION AND FREEDOMS : Red Ribbon®For the needs of its activity, the company reserves the right to collect personal data relating to the users of the site, in particular by means of "cookies". The consumer acknowledges having taken note of this. The consumer also has a right of access and rectification with regard to any information concerning him appearing in the files of the company RUBAN ROUGE. Any customer of the site may, at any time, oppose the commercial use of such data and also has a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, directly on the Internet via the contact section of the site.
SIGNATURE AND PROOF: In all cases, the online supply of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be worth proof of the entirety of the said order, in accordance with the provisions of the law n°2000-230 of March 13, 2000 and will be worth exigibility of the sums committed by the seizure of the articles appearing on the order form. CUSTOMS DUTIES: Any order placed on the www.ruban-rouge.com website and delivered outside the territory of metropolitan France and Corsica may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes, linked to the delivery of one or more items, are the responsibility of the customer. Red Ribbon® is not obliged to check and inform its customers of any applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of the country of delivery.
COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTRACT: These general conditions of sale and the summary of the order transmitted to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entirety of the contractual relations between the parties.
DELIVERY: The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. All orders validated before 10:00 am are processed during the day.
The delivery times indicated are however indicative, starting to run from the day after the customer validates his order, and correspond to the time of processing and delivery of products. Under no circumstances can the indicated delivery times be opposed or engage any responsibility of Ruban Rouge.®. However, in case of unusual delay, an e-mail may be sent to the customer by Ruban Rouge.®.
Red Ribbon® declines all responsibility in the event of a delayed or excessively long delivery time due to possible malfunctioning of the postal services or means of transport, in the event of loss or theft of the products ordered, strikes, or any fortuitous event or force majeure.
The risks of transport are borne by the customer, who must make a protest and / or a justified complaint to the postal services or the carrier, within three working days from the delayed delivery of the package shipped by Ruban Rouge.®.
In spite of all the care taken by Ruban Rouge® in the preparation of the packages, a product may be missing after the package has been transported. This is why, upon receipt of his order, the customer will make sure to check the products received.
Toute anomalie concernant la livraison devra impérativement être notifiée dans les 2 jours ouvrés suivant la réception de la commande au service clients de Ruban Rouge® en contactant firstname.lastname@example.org, ou par courrier recommandé avec avis de réception au 1 rue Pytheas 13001 MARSEILLE.
En cas de livraison d’un colis ouvert et/ou abimé (carton portant des traces visibles d’ouverture et/ou de détérioration) le client est impérativement tenu de le refuser. En effet, les colis quittant les locaux de Ruban Rouge® sont toujours impeccables et doivent être livrés dans cet état. Si un colis abîmé a été déposé dans votre boîte aux lettres ou que votre gardien l’a réceptionné, le colis est considéré comme « accepté en l’état ». Si aucune réserve n’a été émise, dans les 3 jours ouvrés suivant la réception de la commande au service clients de Ruban Rouge® en écrivant à email@example.com, ou par courrier recommandé avec avis de réception au 1 rue Pytheas 13001 MARSEILLE, Ruban Rouge® ne sera pas en mesure de prendre en compte les éventuelles disparitions, ni de procéder à une indemnisation éventuelle.
Any claim made after this period will be rejected and Ruban Rouge will not be liable for any damages.® will be released from liability if the above conditions are met.
DELIVERY TIME AND RATES: The times indicated are the indicative delivery times of our carriers in working days. All prices are in euros including all taxes. The tracked parcel is delivered by La Poste within 2 to 6 working days (for metropolitan France). It is delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of your order.
In case of absence, the postman will leave a notice, indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your colissimo (place and deadlines). It is possible to follow the evolution of the parcel on the site www.coliposte.net or www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr.
In order to obtain your tracking number in case of non-receipt of the automatic email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your name, first name and order number.
In case of non-receipt of the parcel after 10 days, without any notice of passage reported, it is recommended to check its location on the site. coliposte.net or www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr and contact Ruban Rouge® by email to email@example.com.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN :
The customer has a right of retraction which he can exercise, without having to justify his reasons, within fourteen (14) clear days from the reception of the ordered products.
To simplify the exercise of the right of withdrawal, RubanRouge Bijoux asks its customers to notify us by any means. On this occasion, the customer will be able to specify if he wishes a refund or in special cases a credit note.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, accompanied by the invoice and a word of explanation recalling the customer's details and his desire to receive a refund or a credit note, to the following address:

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect.
Possible customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also at the customer's expense.
Ruban Rouge Bijoux strongly advises its customers to return products by Colissimo or Lettre suivie. The customer also has the possibility to choose the carrier of his choice. On the other hand, the return shipping costs and the related risks are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended that the customer provides proof of this return, which implies that the products are returned with tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.
DISPUTES/ APPLICABLE LAW
The language of the present general conditions of sale is French. This contract is subject to French law. And in the event of a dispute relating to an order and/or these general terms of sale, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
