By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and clicking on "Confirm your order", the customer definitively confirms his/her order.
All orders on the website www.ruban-rouge.com are subject to the present terms and conditions of sale.Red Ribbon® makes it impossible to sell products without having first accepted the clauses below.

ARTICLE 1.PURPOSE: The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between Ruban Rouge® and the customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
ARTICLE 2.PRODUCTS: Red Ribbon® offers its own jewelry for sale while stocks last. Products are those listed for sale on the day of consultation by the user. When a product is unavailable, it is displayed on the site; failing this, or in the event of an error, Ruban Rouge® undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. If the product has already been paid for, Ruban Rouge® undertakes to refund the price of the article to the customer. The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, Ruban Rouge® cannot be held responsible. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractually binding.
ARTICLE 3.PRODUCT PRICES: All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. They do not include VAT (Article 293 B of the CGI, VAT not applicable or exempt). Should the VAT rate be modified, these changes will not be reflected in the price of the items. Red Ribbon® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these prices cannot be modified once the order has been validated. The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs, which will be added to the total of the order and will be specified to the customer at the time of final validation of the order.Products remain the property of Ruban Rouge® until full payment of the indicated price.
ARTICLE 4.ORDERING :- REGISTERING AN ORDER: Customers placing an order directly on the www.ruban-rouge.com website must follow the following procedure: The customer will select the various products in which he/she is interested and successively click on the "Add to my basket" link. At any time, the customer may either obtain a summary of the products selected by clicking on the "My basket" link, or continue shopping. The customer completes the order by clicking on "Payment".The order can only be registered on the site if the customer has clearly identified himself by entering his e-mail address and password, which are strictly personal. Once the user is identified, he/she must validate the delivery address, and will then receive an order summary by e-mail summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the products selected by the user, as well as the chosen method of payment, his/her contact details and the delivery address of the parcel. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Shipping costs are calculated according to country and delivery method.VALIDATION OF THE ORDER: The order is effective when the customer has read and approved the general conditions of sale by clicking on the "VALIDATE" box provided for this purpose. Payment can be made by Paypal, credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Ruban Rouge® will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it has been validated by e-mail.
ARTICLE 5.PAYMENT AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS: The amount due by the customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation. To ensure the security of payments, the www.ruban-rouge.com website uses Paypal's secure payment services. Payment can be made on the www.ruban-rouge.com website via Paypal, Paypal account, credit card (Blue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), cheque or bank transfer. When an order is paid for by cheque, the customer must make the cheque payable to "RUBAN ROUGE" and send it to the following postal address : RUBAN ROUGE 1 rue Pytheas, 13001 Marseille.orders paid by cheque will be processed on receipt of the cheque and dispatched on confirmation of payment.When an order is paid for by bank transfer:The customer can opt for this method of payment on the payment form when validating the order, the bank details for making the transfer are communicated on the payment form when the Order is registered and are recalled in the order confirmation e-mail. (IBAN, BIC...)In any case, Ruban Rouge® reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, i.e. total or partial non-payment of an order, a refused credit card payment, or for reasons other than Ruban Rouge® reserves the right to explain to the client. Ruban Rouge® cannot be held liable in this respect.
ARTICLE 6.
GUARANTEES :
REFUND
All products are eligible for a refund, with the exception of sale, personalized or private sale products.
If you change your mind, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt of your order (article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code) to return your purchases for a refund. To do so, simply contact our workshop by e-mail at atelier@ruban-rouge.com or via our contact form giving us precise details of your refund request
(name, surname, first name, order number, order date, etc.).
Return shipping is free of charge in metropolitan France.
We advise you to use a bubble envelope or small cardboard package (maximum height 3cm) to return your jewelry.
Your items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (new) to the following postal address:

Any item not returned or returned in a non-conforming condition will be invoiced.
Once the return has been received, the customer is reimbursed to the bank account or Paypal account used for payment, within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of the return package at Ruban Rouge's premises.®.
Packages sent postage due will not be accepted. Please note: the customer will be credited with the amount of the order, minus the initial delivery charges, which remain payable by the customer.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
What is the guarantee on Ruban Rouge jewelry?
Ruban Rouge Bijoux reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace or exchange any defective parts under warranty, subject to availability and availability of spare parts.
In the event of an exchange, it cannot be guaranteed that the model will be identical. The consumer will only be entitled to a part of similar value. The present warranty does not cover any product whose defect results, according to Ruban Rouge Bijoux, from deterioration, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident. The warranty and all associated services are the sole and exclusive remedies of the consumer. However, the imperative legal rights enjoyed by the final consumer under current national legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods are not affected by the present warranty.
In no event will Ruban Rouge Bijoux be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from any Ruban Rouge Bijoux product.

The defective product will be taken care of at Ruban Rouge Bijoux at 1 rue Pytheas 13001 MARSEILLE
Repair times vary from 1 to 3 weeks, excluding shipping time.
Customers who have purchased a Ruban Rouge Bijoux product from a physical point of sale or from an internet retailer must contact the retailer where they made their purchase; Ruban Rouge Bijoux is not responsible.
Only the purchase invoice (or receipt with legible date) is valid as proof of warranty.
If the warranty period has expired, after-sales service or repair may be offered to the customer for a fee:

The return of out-of-warranty goods must be accompanied by payment for the repair by cheque made payable to "RUBAN ROUGE"..
All jewelry under warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
However, if the customer carries out the repair himself and the bracelet is damaged, the customer will be charged a repair fee.

ARTICLE 7.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All elements of the Ruban Rouge website® such as products, visuals are protected and are the exclusive property of Ruban Rouge® (RUBAN ROUGE SAS). Any fraudulent use will be prosecuted. The user who has a personal Internet site and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link referring directly to the site www.ruban-rouge.com, must obligatorily request prior authorization from Ruban Rouge®. On the other hand, any hypertext link to the Ruban Rouge® website using framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep-linking technique is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed on simple request from Ruban Rouge®.
Hypertext links may lead to sites other than www.ruban-rouge.com.
Red Ribbon® declines all responsibility in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the laws and regulations in force.
ARTICLE 8.
INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTÉS : Red Ribbon®for the needs of its activity, reserves the right to collect nominative data relating to the users of the site, in particular by means of "cookies". The consumer acknowledges that he/she is aware of this. Consumers also have the right to access and rectify any information concerning them contained in RUBAN ROUGE's files. Any customer of the site may, at any time, oppose the commercial use of said data and also benefits from a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning him/her, directly on the Internet via the contact section of the site.

ARTICLE 9.
SIGNATURE AND PROOF: In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the completeness of the said order, in accordance with the provisions of law no. 2000-230 of March 13, 2000, and shall constitute payment of the sums incurred by the seizure of the items appearing on the order form. This validation constitutes signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site. However, in the event of fraudulent use of a bank card, the customer is invited to contact Ruban Rouge's customer service department as soon as the fraudulent use is discovered.® by sending an e-mail to atelier@ruban-rouge.com. Computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Ruban Rouge® and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. In all cases, any order paid for by credit card and validated implies signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
ARTICLE 10.
CUSTOMS DUTIES: Any order placed on the www.ruban-rouge.com website and delivered outside mainland France and Corsica may be subject to taxes and customs duties when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes, if any, related to the delivery of one or more items are the responsibility of the customer. Ruban Rouge® is not obliged to check and inform its customers of any applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the competent authorities in the country of delivery.
ARTICLE 11.
COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTRACT: These general terms and conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entire contractual relationship between the parties.
ARTICLE 12.
DELIVERY: Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. All orders validated before 10:00 am are processed the same day.
The delivery times indicated are however indicative times, starting from the day following that of the validation by the customer of his order, and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery of the products. Under no circumstances may the delivery times indicated be used against or incur any liability on the part of Ruban Rouge®. However, in the event of an unusual delay, an e-mail may be sent to the client by Ruban Rouge®.
Red Ribbon® declines all responsibility in the event of a delayed or excessive delivery time due to any malfunctioning of the postal services or means of transport, in the event of loss or theft of the products ordered, strikes, or any fortuitous event or force majeure.
Transport risks are borne by the customer, who must lodge a protest and/or a substantiated claim with the postal services or the carrier within three working days of the delayed delivery of the package sent by Ruban Rouge.®.
Despite all the care taken by Ruban Rouge® in the preparation of packages, it is possible that a product may be missing after the package has been transported. This is why, as soon as the order is received, the customer should check the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be notified to Ruban Rouge's customer service department within 2 working days of receipt of the order.® by contacting atelier@ruban-rouge.com, or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to 1 rue Pytheas 13001 MARSEILLE.
In the event of delivery of an open and/or damaged package (cardboard box bearing visible traces of opening and/or damage), the customer must refuse it. Packages leaving the premises of Ruban Rouge® premises are always impeccable and must be delivered in this condition. If a damaged parcel has been deposited in your letterbox or received by your janitor, the parcel is considered to have been "accepted as is". If no reservations have been made, within 3 working days of receipt of the order Ruban Rouge's customer service department will receive your package.® by writing to atelier@ruban-rouge.com, or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to 1 rue Pytheas 13001 MARSEILLE, Ruban Rouge® will not be able to take into account the possible disappearances, nor to proceed to a possible compensation.
Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected and Ruban Rouge® will not be held responsible if the above conditions are met.
DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES: The delivery times indicated are our carriers' indicative delivery times in working days. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Tracked parcels are delivered by La Poste within 2 to 6 working days (for metropolitan France). It is delivered to the delivery address given at the time of your order.
If you're absent, the letter carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can collect your Colissimo. You can track the progress of your parcel on the website www.coliposte.net or www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr.
To obtain your tracking number in the event of non-receipt of the automatic e-mail, please send an e-mail to atelier@ruban-rouge.com specifying your surname, first name and order number.
In the event of non-receipt of the tracked parcel after 10 days, without any notice of passage, we recommend that you check the situation on the website coliposte.net or www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr and contact Ruban Rouge® by e-mail at atelier@ruban-rouge.com.
ARTICLE 13.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN :
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) clear days of receipt of the products ordered, without having to give any reason.
To simplify the exercise of the right of withdrawal, RubanRouge Bijoux asks its customers to notify us by any means. On this occasion, the customer may specify whether he/she wishes a refund or, in special cases, a credit note.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note stating the customer's contact details and his or her wish to receive a refund or credit note, to the following address:

Shipping costs associated with the return of products remain at the customer's expense, unless the product received does not conform or has a manufacturing defect.
The customer is also responsible for any customs duties incurred when returning a product from a foreign country.
Ruban Rouge Bijoux strongly advises its customers to return products by Colissimo or Lettre suivie. Customers may also choose the carrier of their choice. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risks. It is therefore recommended that the customer provides proof of the return, which implies that the products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.
ARTICLE 14.
DISPUTES/APPLICABLE LAW
The language of these general terms and conditions of sale is French. The present contract is subject to French law. In the event of any dispute arising from an order and/or these general terms and conditions of sale, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
